The Patricia McKinney Foundation (formerly known as Women In Transition founded in 2008) is a 501C3 Private Foundation, spiritually based on the Biblical principles of the Most High God.

This unique Foundation is a catalyst that motivates women to positive change and transformation that come from all walks of life.  This foundation empowers women to change by identifying, assessing and resolving the core issues that hinders personal growth and development. Many women are left to endure hidden struggles that cause silent suffering. PMFND is a positive driving force that helps women shift their perspective and dismantle the narrative from being a "Victim" to becoming a "Survivor and Conqueror", from feeling incapable to building confidence,

 

The Foundations goal is to propel each individual forward by setting them on a new path of living where they receive the life skills and tools needed to make living a fulfilled, productive and successful life obtainable.

The Patricia McKinney Foundation provides motivational speaking, intervention workshops, seminars and individual counseling for those seeking a fresh start after enduring traumatic events. We provide the tools and empowerment needed for guidance, redirection and rebuilding their personal lives. Our area of expertise deals with individuals that have endured areas of trauma including:
